Joyce Louise Phillips
March 20, 1934--April 24, 2024

On April 24, 2024 Joyce Louise Phillips passed away surrounded by her family at The Schneidmiller Hospice House. Joyce was born in Pendleton, Oregon to Gordon and Lorena Chapman on March 20, 1934.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husbands James Ruland and Larry Phillips Sr., son Phillip Ruland, her parents, 3 sisters and one brother. She leaves behind 2 children, Douglas Ruland and Michelle Van Slate, one sister, 6 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren, all of whom will miss her deeply.
