JAMES C. JAY, PIONEER, IS DEAD AT AGE OF 82 YEARS James C. Jay, an aged resident of this city and father of Isaac Jay. prominent blacksmith, died about 1 o'clock this afternoon at his home. 1400 West Railroad street, of complications resulting from the Infirmities of old age.
